A Builder at Heart
As Director of Oodles Limited, he led the development and deployment of a fully operational school management platform used by Ebonyi State Staff Secondary School (see: ebsustaffschool.com), a contract he won in 2019 and a system that continues to run to this day.
In 2023, he founded 3rd Inventories Limited, a forward-thinking holding company with five subsidiaries: Tweaks Innovation, Trust Bond Partners, Hope Resort Initiative, Thrive Solutions, and Speed Drop. Each subsidiary represents a different arena in which Bonaventure intends to leave a lasting mark.
A Vision Beyond Business
Bonaventure's aspirations extend well beyond the boardroom. He holds a deep passion for politics and civic engagement, believing that technology-savvy voices must be present in governance. He also dreams of founding an NGO — a vehicle through which he can systematically give back to the communities that shaped him.
His philanthropic instincts are already on display: through Oodles Limited, he has implemented a culture of rewarding the top three students of every class at Ebonyi State University Staff Secondary School Abakiliki with academic materials, exercise books, calculators, and financial awards, nurturing the next generation of thinkers and builders.

Career Launch & Landmark Contract
Bonaventure begins his professional engineering career and, under Oodles Limited, wins the contract to build and deploy the school management system for Ebonyi State Staff Secondary School. The platform goes live and remains operational through the present day. He simultaneously begins installing solar systems, CCTV, home automation, and car trackers for private and commercial clients.
Student Rewards Program
Under Oodles Limited, launches a recurring initiative to reward the top 3 students of every class with calculators, exercise books, academic materials, and cash awards, demonstrating a commitment to community development woven into corporate culture.
Training & Mentorship Expansion
Begins training students and young professionals in both software engineering and hardware installation disciplines — covering web development, coding, solar systems, CCTV, home automation, and more. Hotels, private homes, and commercial apartments contract him for full smart infrastructure installations.
3rd Inventories Limited Founded
Establishes 3rd Inventories Limited — an ambitious umbrella holding company with five subsidiaries. Tweaks Innovation (tech education and services) and Hope Resort Initiative (humanitarian services) become the first two operational arms of the group.
"Youth in Tech" Event — 1,000+ Attendees
3rd Inventories hosts its flagship event "Youth in Tech" — drawing over 1,000 attendees. The event is designed to spark interest in technology among young Nigerians, bridging the gap between ambition and access. A defining moment in the company's community engagement journey.
