Beyond every contract and company, Bonaventure measures his success in community. In students rewarded. In young people inspired. In systems still running years after deployment.
In 2019, Bonaventure and his team at Oodles Limited were contracted to build the school management system for Ebonyi State Staff Secondary School, one of the state's most significant educational institutions.
The system, which manages student records, administration, and institutional operations, was delivered in full and went live. More than five years later, it continues to run, a testament to the quality of its construction and the commitment to support that followed deployment.

Recipients receive exercise books, calculators, academic stationery, and financial awards. The message is simple but powerful: effort and excellence deserve to be celebrated. This is not a one-time donation, it is a recurring, embedded programme reflecting Bonaventure's belief that giving back should be structural, not occasional.
In 2024, 3rd Inventories Limited organised "Youth in Tech", a flagship community event designed to ignite passion for technology among Nigerian youth and break down the barriers between ambition and opportunity.
The event drew over 1,000 attendees, bringing together aspiring engineers, developers, entrepreneurs, and students for a day of talks, workshops, and inspiration. It reflected Bonaventure's conviction that access to knowledge and community is the first step to transformation.

Training & Mentorship Photo
Through Tweaks Innovation and personal mentorship, Bonaventure has trained students and young professionals across both software and hardware disciplines, giving them not just knowledge, but the practical skills to earn, build, and grow.
His trainees leave able to install solar systems, configure CCTV networks, build websites, and write functional code. In a job market starved of practical technologists, this kind of knowledge transfer is transformational.
Bonaventure's long-held dream is to formalise his humanitarian work into a registered NGO, a permanent institution dedicated to community welfare, education access, and poverty alleviation. Hope Resort Initiative is the first step.
He believes deeply that Nigeria's future depends on leaders who understand technology. His political interests are not abstract, they are part of a long-game strategy to take his knowledge, networks, and values into governance.
With Tweaks Innovation and Hope Resort Initiative already running, the next chapter involves activating Trust Bond Partners, Thrive Solutions, and Speed Drop, completing the full 3rd Inventories ecosystem.
